The brain is the main point in the whole body that controls every other function of the body. Therefore, in my opinion, changing thoughts during the time of stress will bear a good result. If we bring changes in our thoughts from negative to positive, though doing it is not an easy task, and then our mood will automatically improve with that thought. Then our stress will be gone a bit.
